This 2018 Rubin Reserve is crafted from very old vines and raised in American oak barrels for 8 months.
It has now developed a velvety, cherryberry, fruity and silky voluptuous palate, and a very long, lingering finish.
Great with tomato-based sauces, pizza, meatballs, and hearty stews.
Ready but can reward careful ageing for 1-3 years.
