This 2017 Rubin red wine is showing ripe, peppery black cherries and chocolate notes on the palate. It is full-bodied, albeit smooth, and pairs well with red meat and hard, matured cheeses.
Logodaj Winery reserves the Nobile label for the higher quality wines from the vintage, with the selection starting in the vineyards.
These wines are meant to age and mature and are more than a crowd-pleaser.
