Yamantievs flagship Chardonnay White Wine. From vines planted on marble rock, hence the name, hand harvested and aged in small barrels of French oak for a year. The palate is loaded with crisp, ripe, tropical fruit flavours. Full-bodied and vanilla-laced palate leads to a long distinctly mineral finish. Ideal with slow-roasted poultry dishes as well as game in mushroom sauces.
