An ancient indigenous grape crafted, using the traditional method and matured for more than 3 years in bottle. It has developed very fine mousse, with delicate cherry and red berry fruits on the palate. It is elegant and charming yet long lingering and so delicious. Great partner to salmon and prawns or just on its own.
