Description
This 2016 Melnik 55 red wine is made from the indigenous Melnik 55 grape variety grown in the sun-drenched Struma valley, South Western Bulgaria. It is fermented in new French barrels and is capable to age and mature.
At peak now, it shows black cherries and berries on a sumptuous palate.
Ideal with lamb chops and game dishes as well as hard cheeses.
