Sakar has proven to be one of the few distinguished terroirs in Bulgaria, with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon both producing distinctive full-bodied fully charged wines. Subtle minerality and black pepper spice create a diversion from the Shiraz profile and bring elegance to this wine. Great with lamb and game!
